Damar Harsanto is a digital media trainer, journalist, editor, corporate communications specialist, blogger and community campaigner.

He also works as the Managing Editor of Indonesia’s The Jakarta Post Digital. He attended various journalistic courses, including recently the Asia Journalism Fellowship in National University of Singapore in 2017. Previously, he was a fellow with the Seoul National University in South Korea under the LG Sangnam-SNU program. He also got a journalistic fellowship from the Swedish government when he attended a fall course with the Fojo Media Institute in the Linnaeus University in Kalmar, Sweden. He learnt communications on labor issues with the International Training Centre-International Labor Organisation in Turin, Italy.

Previously working as a Corporate Communications Head at the United Overseas Bank Indonesia, Damar fell in love with digital technology after attending intensive winter and summer courses in Berlin, Germany with the International Institute for Journalism, through fellowships awarded by the German government.  


Dandy Koswaraputra is Bureau Chief of Anadolu Agency in Jakarta.

Before joining the Turkish news wire, he was the managing editor with the Jakarta Post Digital. Previously, he spent three years with Bloomberg TV Indonesia and 10 years with Aljazeera Network. Dandy started working in journalism with Bisnis Indonesia daily in 1995 as banking and financial reporter. After two years with the Indonesian business newspaper, he joined Reuters and Bloomberg as general news and commodity reporter.

In 2003, Dandy entered TV journalism arena with the Qatar-based television Aljazeera, and then joined Bloomberg TV Indonesia a decade later. Besides, Dandy is also committee member of the Alliance of Independent Journalists (AJI) Indonesia.
  

Kurniawan Hari is an editor of The Jakarta Post.
He has been working in English newspapers for more than 15 years. Kurniawan attended several journalistic trainings, including at Reuters office in London and Linnaeus University in Kalmar. He teaches journalism at Tarumanagara University, Jakarta.








Novan Iman Santosa is an editor at The Jakarta Post with almost two decades of experience.

Graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University with a degree in Architecture, he is an all-rounder, jack-of-all-trade journalist with extensive coverage experiences in various fields. Flexible enough to be moved from one desk to another at a short notice before deployment.

Currently he is building up experiences in aviation, regional security and defense fields after earning a master’s degree in defense management from the Indonesian Defense University.

He participated in various courses and workshops such as the NSK-CAJ Fellowship in Japan, Visual Journalism Workshop in Singapore, and the Summer Course on Europe and Germany in Germany. He is also a part-time lecturer at the Swiss German University’s Communication and PR department.
